- Frankie Williams is the owner of Williams Consulting and Coaching Group in Southern California. Her firm specializes in Human Resources Management and Veterinary Management and Practice Operations. She has over 20 years experience in Management, Operations, and Human Resources. During her varied career, she has been a leader at several major law firms and retail industry leaders Target Corporations and The Home Depot. She has earned the highest certification within the Human Resources Industry, SPHR, and has received a Professional Designation in Human Resources from UCLA. She is also an American Bar Association (ABA) Certified Paralegal with a specialty in Employment Law. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Management, a Masters Degree in Organizational Management and Development, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Leadership. In addition to her prestigious accomplishments, she was profiled in AAHA’s Trends Magazine and is a featured case study commentator in Trends Magazine.
